When I decided to book a vacation for my family to Sunny Beach, Bulgaria, I was looking for a resort that could cater to our needs. The Cascadas Family Resort caught my attention due to its array of services, which included car hire, dry cleaning, housekeeping, grocery shopping service, shops/commercial services, laundry, airport shuttle, shuttle service, paid shuttle service, paid airport shuttle, tours/ticket assistance, and happy hour. I was impressed by the variety of options and how they could make our stay more comfortable and enjoyable.
Upon arriving at the resort, I was pleased to see that the services offered were not just a marketing gimmick. The staff was extremely attentive and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. Whether we needed groceries for breakfast or transportation to explore the area, the resort staff was eager to assist us. The happy hour was a great way to unwind after a day of adventure, and the tours/ticket assistance helped us plan our itinerary. Overall, our experience at the Cascadas Family Resort exceeded our expectations, and I would highly recommend it to families looking for a convenient and comfortable vacation.
